Parke County Community Foundation Scholarships

In 1996 the PCCF began a scholarship program to assist the graduating seniors of Parke County as they pursue their education at the college level. This program was funded by donors that chose to endow gifts in scholarship funds, some with specific criteria as to where they were to be used and others that were more general in nature.

Over the years we have been able to continue to make a significant difference in our students’ ability to continue their education through our scholarship program.

With educational costs rising every year and focusing on degree attainment we are evaluating our program in order to maximize the impact to the student while honoring our donor’s intent. We have begun to make changes to ensure we are providing awards that will truly make a difference in a student’s ability to achieve their educational goals.
