Legacy Hallmark Fund

An unrestricted gift of $500 or more will provide donors with a Legacy Hallmark honoring or memorializing a significant individual, organization, or business.

A gold lettered nameplate will be placed with the name of the Hallmark honoree in the Foundation’s Legacy Room and will be featured regularly in Foundation publications.

Subsequent gifts can be made to the fund in any amount at any time.

Legacy Hallmark gifts are used to fund charitable efforts.

Although no additional gifts are required to keep any Hallmark fund active, donors are encouraged to consider future gifts (perhaps annually) so that the Legacy’s impact will continue to grow in Parke County.

Legacy Heritage Fund

When a donor makes an unrestricted gift of $10,000 or more, or when gifts to a Legacy Hallmark Fund reach $10,000, a Legacy Heritage Fund is  created.  A Legacy Heritage Fund is a “stand alone” unrestricted endowment fund from which a portion of  annual earnings (usually  between 3-5% of the fund balance) are granted in the name of the Heritage Fund each year.

Subsequent gifts can be made to the fund in any amount at any time. The donor will receive a Heritage keepsake and a matching keepsake will be featured in the Foundation’s Legacy Room. The fund will also be featured in regular foundation publications.

Although no additional gifts are required to keep any Heritage fund active, donors are encouraged to consider future gifts (perhaps annually) so that the Legacy’s impact will continue to grow in Parke County.

Legacy Heirloom Fund

When a donor makes an unrestricted gift of $100,000 or more, or when a Legacy Heritage Fund reaches $100,000, a Legacy Heirloom Fund will be created.

Donors will receive a custom designed heirloom keepsake with a matching keepsake featured in the Foundation’s Legacy Room. Earnings each year will be used to fund a specific community project.

In addition, Heirloom donors will be invited to attend the Foundation’s annual “Legacy Heirloom Event” allowing donors and grantees to celebrate grant-making impact in our community.

Although no additional gifts are required to keep any Heirloom fund active, donors are encouraged to consider future gifts (perhaps annually) so that the Legacy’s impact will continue to grow in Parke County.
