Children's Literacy Fund
More than 260 people attended the Foundation’s Fall Dinner on November 14, 2015 at the Parke County Fairgrounds, with the goal of the evening to begin an endowment fund for children’s literacy in Parke County. Each table for the evening was decorated in a “favorite children’s book” theme of the sponsor. All revenues from sponsorship's and gifts from the evening were matched $0.50 by Lilly Endowment, bringing the total raised to $38,400. Earnings will be used to provide books and literacy efforts for Parke County youth. Table sponsors are listed below.
